The preventive maintenance program developed by OE Business Imaging is one of the most comprehensive available. Our factory certified service technicians are specially trained in preventive maintenance techniques, and they take pride in their work.

We pre-configure and test all equipment before it arrives at a client site, and thouroughly test all functionality before we consider a job complete. This is conducted on our site prior to delivery and carefully monitored at all stages ensuring rapid response and minimum disruption to the delivery cycle.

IT & Networking
Our technical team is always on hand to discuss any network or software issues. We provide an installation service for networked devices with print, scan or fax facilities.

All services and deliveries are provided by OE Business Imaging’s certified technical team – these services are not subcontracted.  We also provide “equipment move” services to our customers as required.

Unless equipment is requested for drop shipment, all of our equipment installations include on-site training.  This “hands on” training is designed to ensure users understand the equipment and benefits of the functionality. Training is dual-focused - we instruct client staff members on the day-to-day technical operations of print solution equipment and we focus on how changing the way documents and information is handled across the enterprise which can translate into lower administrative and reproduction costs.
